Communication

Email is the preferred method of communication for all projects and support requests.

This helps keep conversations, approvals, feedback, and project decisions properly documented and easy to refer back to throughout the project.

Emails are responded to within one working day, although more complex requests or updates may take longer to complete depending on scope and workload.

Calls & Meetings

If something would be easier to discuss verbally, calls can absolutely be arranged.

Video calls and phone calls are typically scheduled on:

  • Tuesdays
  • Thursdays

This helps ensure enough dedicated time is available for discussions, reviews, and planning.

Urgent Issues

Please call directly if there is a genuinely urgent issue, such as:

  • website downtime
  • broken functionality
  • critical access problems

For all non-urgent requests, email remains the preferred contact method.

WhatsApp & SMS

WhatsApp can be used if necessary, but email is still preferred for most communication due to the nature of project work and approvals.

SMS messages are not monitored for project communication.
